(Reuters) – The Republican Nationwide Committee (RNC) filed a lawsuit towards Google (NASDAQ:) on Friday, for allegedly sending its emails to customers’ spam folders.

The U.S. political committee accuses the tech big of “discriminating” towards it by “throttling its electronic mail messages due to the RNC’s political affiliation and views,” in response to a lawsuit filed within the Japanese District of California.
